Exactly a month after the Supreme Court ruled in favour of the Tata Group in the Mistry vs Tata Sons case, the Shapoorji Pallonji Group has filed a review petition before the Supreme Court challenging the top court's decision.

The Supreme Court in it's judgment last month had set aside the December 2019 order of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) which had reinstated Cyrus Mistry as the Chairperson of Tata Sons Limited.

Except the question of stake valuation, the apex court in it's March 26 verdict had ruled on all questions in favour of the Tata Group.
