Amid fear and anticipation among the Afghans, especially government staff, the Taliban have declared a general amnesty. Two days after taking power in Afghanistan, the Taliban on Tuesday asked the government staff to return to work.
The extremist group has also asked people to "resume routine life with full confidence", news agency AFP has reported.
