As Team India ended its T20 World Cup 2021 campaign, it also brought the curtains down on Virat Kohli's captaincy in T20I. But former India skipper and Kohli's Delhi teammate Virender Sehwag feels that Kohli should continue leading the side in Tests and ODIs.

Reacting to a fan's question on Facebook, Sehwag said that under Virat's captaincy, India is playing well and Kohli's record as a captain is brilliant.

Kohli has led India in 95 ODIs and won 65 of them and lost 27. In Tests, India has lost just 16 of the 65 games under Kohli's leadership. Virat also remains the only India skipper to have registered T20 series wins in South Africa, England, New Zealand and Australia.
