In a big blow to England, their star opener Jason Roy has been ruled out of the remainder of the T20 World Cup 2021. Roy badly injured his calf during England's game against South Africa and limped off the field in pain.

James Vince has been added to England's squad as his replacement. Roy is gutted that he has been ruled out and said that it's a bitter pill to swallow. His rehab has already started and Roy wants to give himself the best chance of being ready for the T20 tour of the Caribbean early next year.
