Sun Pharma faces new whistleblower allegation

Sun Pharma remains in the eye of a storm. A whistle-blower has reportedly filed a second complaint against Sun Pharma with the Securities and Exchange Board of India or SEBI. Earlier, the same whistle-blower had complained to SEBI over the Ranbaxy insider trading case. The new complaint comes against Sun Pharma over its relationship with Aditya Medisales. The issue of related party transactions of Sun Pharma with Aditya Medisales was a key point of discussion on the conference call held by the company management in the last month.
