Amid a raging showdown with the Shiv Sena and the Maharashtra govt over her comments on the state and Mumbai Police, actor Kangana Ranaut has left Himachal for Mumbai.
Kangana left Manali on Wednesday morning for Chandigarh from where she will take a flight to Mumbai, where she is expected to land in the afternoon.
Kangana has been engaged in a bitter war of words with Maharashtra govt for comparing Mumbai to PoK and saying that she doesn't trust the Mumbai Police with her safety. Shiv Sena leaders hit back by asking her to not come to Mumbai if she feels insecure. The row soon spiralled into name calling and allegations and counter-allegations.
The Mumbai civic body has, amid the row, given a demolition notice to Kangana's office in the city claiming violations. The actor has termed the action as harassment and vendetta.
The Centre has provided the actor with 'Y' category security.
