Spotify has seen a sharp uptick in paid users ever since the coronavirus pandemic began, with the music streaming service saying it's seen a 27% rise in monthly active users to 345 million. However, while Spotify Premium subscribers were up 24% from the year before, the company expects to fall short of Wall Streets expectations for the current quarter. Spotify says it expects a total revenue between EUR 1.99 billion and EUR 2.19 billion, while estimates place it at a higher EUR 2.23 billion.
