Toronto, August 8 (AP) - Toronto FC has bolstered its roster by acquiring attacking midfielder Djordje Mihailovic in a high-profile trade with the Colorado Rapids, netting the player for $8 million.
The deal includes an additional $1 million contingent on Mihailovic achieving certain performance benchmarks.
The 26-year-old has inked a three-year contract with Toronto FC, poised to keep him at the club through 2028, with a club option extending to 2029.
Mihailovic will take on a designated player roster slot.
