Wrestlers Protest | Delhi Police take complainant to WFI office; Brij Bhushan present at same premises

Delhi Police on Friday took one of the woman wrestlers, who have accused former Wrestling Federation of India chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh of sexual harassment, to the WFI office. 

At the same time, the accused, the BJP MP was at his residence which is on the same address as teh WFI office. 

As per an Indian Express report, the woman wrestler felt scared after she got to know that Singh was present at the residence when she visited the WFI office with the Police to explain the sequence of events that had happened there. The wrestler has accused the Kaiserganj MP of sexually harassing her at the WFI office in one of the FIRs. 

She told Indian Express that when she had asked the police if he was present there, they denied and went on to add, 'Just going to the spot and repeating what had happened to the police was tough. After knowing he was there, I felt scared. 

Brij Bhushan spoke to the reporters and told them that he was present at his residence, 'sleeping inside' and that nobody came to meet him.
