Magda Linette reached her first-ever Grand Slam semi-final after beating former World No. 1 Karolina Pliskova at the Australian Open.
In her 30th Grand Slam main draw, Magda Linette extended her career-best run through a tennis major by getting the better of Karolina Pliskova 6-3, 7-5.
After the recent Round of 16 loss suffered by World No.1 Iga Swiatek, world no. 45 Linette ensured there's a Polish presence in the final four at the Australian Open.
