Rohan Bopanna and Ramkumar Ramanathan win ATP Adelaide doubles title

India's unseeded pair Rohan Bopanna and Ramakumar Ramanathan defeated top-seeded Ivan Dodig and Marcelo Melo 7-6, 6-1 to win the Adelaide International title on Sunday.

Before this, the Indian duo who made their debut on the ATP tour as a pair had only played together in the Davis Cup. 

While Ramanathan won his first-ever ATP tour title, Bopanna won his 20th.

Ramkumar will also be taking part in the upcoming Australian Open starting Jan 17th.
