PV Sindhu beats Thailand's Busanan 21-16, 21-8 to win the Swiss Open

India's star shuttler PV Sindhu defeated Thailand's Busanan Ongbamrungphan 21-16, 21-8 in the final of the Swiss Open on Sunday.

The two-time Olympic medallist got stiff resistance from her Thai opponent after taking the lead. However, Sindhu won the first game 21-16.

26-year-old Sindhu was unstoppable in the second game as she took a 5-0 lead in no time. And finally won the second game 21-8.

This is Sindhu's second title in 2022 after winning the Syed Modi International tournament in January this year.
