Carlos Alcaraz overcame a second-set hiccup to reach the third round of the French Open on Wednesday after beating Japan's Taro Daniel.
While the World number one Alcaraz won the first set easily, he wobbled at the start of the second and went on to win the 3rd and fourth set easily.
The young Spaniard won 6-1 3-6 6-1 6-2 and is set to meet Canada's Denis Shapolov in the third round.
