F1 Monaco Grand Prix: Sergio Perez wins first ever race at Monaco, Carlos Sainz finishes 2nd

Sergio Perez won his first-ever Monaco Grand Prix for Red Bull in a rain-interrupted race.

The Mexican beat Ferrari's Carlos Sainz, who finished second. This was Perez's second win for Red Bull and the third win of his career.

Perez's teammate Max Verstappen finished third and Ferrari's Charles Leclerc managed only fourth. Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes came fifth. 

With 110 points, Perez is placed third, 6 points behind Ferrari's Leclerc and 16 points behind his teammate Verstappen in the championship fight.
