Delhi Court seeks minor's response on police cancellation report in POCSO case against Brij Bhushan Singh

The Patiala House Court in Delhi has requested a response from the minor complainant regarding the cancellation report filed by the Delhi Police in the sexual harassment case against former Wrestling Federation of India (WFI) chief Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.

Additional Sessions Judge Chhavi Kapoor, during in-chamber proceedings, issued a notice to the complainant and instructed them to file their response to the police report by August 1, when the court will next hear the matter.

On June 15, the Delhi Police filed a report before the court, seeking the cancellation of the POCSO case against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh.
