The Indian pair of Sania Mirza and Rohan Bopanna stormed into the quarterfinals of mixed doubles event at the Australian Open 2023 after a straight-sets win over Ariel Behar and Makoto Ninomiya.
The Indian pair defeated the Uruguayan and Japanese pair 6-4, 7-6 (11-9).
Saina-Bopanna won the first set easily but got a stiff challenge in the second but the duo held their nerves in the tie-breaker to win it 11-9.
