India thrashed Pakistan 3-0 in their 1st Group stage encounter of Women's squash Team event on Tuesday.
15-year-old Anahat Singh kicked things off and gave India a 1-0 lead in the 1st encounter. Joshna Chinappa then made it 2-0 as she comfortably won the second match.
Tanvi Khanna then completed a 3-0 victory for India in its Pool B opener. The women's team will face Nepal on Wednesday.
Indian men’s team also got off to a perfect start as they beat Singapore 3-0 in their group opener.
