Jos Buttler slammed his 4th century in IPL 2022 as Rajasthan Royals demolished Royal Challengers Bangalore by 7 wickets at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on Friday night in Qualifier 2. Rajasthan will lock horns with Gujarat Titans in IPL 2022 final on Sunday.

Chasing a below-par target of 158-runs, Jos Buttler and Yashasvi Jaiswal provided Rajasthan a flying start. The duo stitched a partnership of 61 runs in just 31 balls and after that Bangalore were just playing catch up. After a slow start, Buttler sent Bangalore bowlers for a leather hunt all around the park. The Englishman finished the game with a six and remained unbeaten on 106 runs as Rajasthan won the game with 11 balls to spare.

Earlier, Virat Kohli fell early then, Faf du Plessis and Rajat Patidar steadied Bangalore's ship with a 70-run stand. Rajat continued from where he left in Eliminator but did not get much support from other end. After du Plessis' wicket, Maxwell came out all guns blazing but perished in search of big hits. Meanwhile, pacer Prasidh Krishna came back strongly from the hammering he received in the last game and denied Bangalore batters from scoring big runs in death overs.
