Afghanistan all-rounder Mohammad Nabi stirred up some speculations when he shared an Instagram story of a fan's opinions criticising his Mumbai Indians skipper Hardik Pandya.
The 39-year-old deleted the story just three hours after putting it up.
Nabi joined the 5-time IPL champions in 2024 and out of seven Mumbai games, he has featured in four.
The comment, questioning Pandya's decision to not give Nabi a single over to bowl versus Punjab on Thursday, was shared by an Instagram user also followed by the veteran Afghan cricketer.
The post also heaped praises on Nabi, calling him a game changer, who took two important catches and assisted in the run-out that sealed the game for Mumbai.
Of the lead spinners in the Mumbai camp who have played as many or less number of games as him, Nabi has the better economy rate of 7.17.
But while, the others have managed to scalp at least two wickets, Nabi has zero to his credit.
He has not had a chance to showcase his batting skills either, having scored a mere 4 runs in the entire season so far.
