There’s no love lost between Virat Kohli & Gautam Gambhir.
The duo have clashed with each other in the past and after RCB’s win over LSG on Monday night, they had yet another altercation.
While there’s still no clarity on who started it and what was said, visuals showed Kohli & Afghanistan’s Naveen-ul-Haq getting involved in a war of words during the customary handshakes first.
Moments later, Kohli & Gambhir were seen arguing with one another and the former had to be taken away by teammates and support staff members.
The heated exchange could well have been triggered by what transpired earlier when Kohli had gestured to the crowd not to keep quiet but rather to shout at the top of their voices in what was a dig aimed at Gautam Gambhir.
It felt like a repeat of their onfield fight from 10 years ago when they had to be separated after a war of words broke out during an RCB vs KKR match.
And surely, their actions on the night will bear repercussions as well.
