Marcus Stoinis' power-packed performance ensured Lucknow Supergiants came away with a win on Tuesday to earn the crucial two points, subsequently boosting their play-off chances.

The hosts clinched a 5-run victory over visitors Mumbai Indians, a game that went down to the wire. After this loss, Mumbai still remain in the top-4 however, contenders for their spot have lined up and are raring to go.

Mumbai Indians' negative run-rate will begin to trouble them as Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals get ready to stake their claim in the final four this week.
