Chennai Super Kings are getting closer to booking themselves a playoff berth in the IPL 2023 as they beat bottom placed Delhi Capitals by 27 runs at Chepauk.
The win keeps them at 2nd place in the standings, one point behind table toppers Gujarat Titans who have a game in hand over CSK.
Delhi have made their job even harder after the defeat and would need certain results to go in their favour in order to book themselves a playoff spot now.
