KL Rahul added yet another feather to an already illustrious cap in the IPL as he became the fastest batter to score 4000 runs in the cash-rich league.

The LSG skipper took just 105 innings to reach the 4000-run mark in IPL, beating West Indian great Chris Gayle's record of 112 innings.

Rahul found his mojo back in Lucknow Super Giants' game vs the Punjab Kings and smashed a 56-ball-74 on a tricky Lucknow wicket. Rahul reached the milestone when he crossed the 30-run mark.
