IPL 2022: 'Was hung from the balcony': Yuzvendra Chahal's shocking story

Yuzvendra Chahal had a scary narrow escape in 2013 when he was a part of the Mumbai Indians' then squad. Chahal who is now a part of Rajasthan Royals narrated an incident on RR's social media handle where he revealed how he had a near-death experience during the 2013 edition of IPL.

Without revealing the name of the player, the spinner said that while the team was having a get-together post-match, a senior player who was drunk, called him outside and then hung him from the balcony on the 15th floor!

A panic-stricken Chahal 'kind of fainted after he was rescued by the other people present for the get-together', he disclosed.

'Had here been slightest of mistake, I would have fallen down', Chahal said.

Social media users have reacted very strongly to the incident as the netizens requested Yuzi to name the player who behaved recklessly. The users are demanding action against the particular cricketer after Chahal narrated the story.
