Kolkata Knight Riders are slipped to 4th spot on IPL 2022 points table after facing a drubbing from Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 15 (Friday). KKR now have three wins and as many losses in the six matches. Meanwhile, Sunrisers have moved to seventh position after winning their third consecutive match in IPL 2022. Now there is a logjam on the IPL 2022 leaderboard as six teams have six points each and they are separated by net run rate.

Gujarat Titans continue to top the IPL 2022 team rankings followed by Rajasthan Royals and Punjab Kings. The IPL 2022 points table will again see a major rejig after the doubleheader on Saturday. Lucknow Super Giants, Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore and Delhi Capitals will play on April 16(Saturday).

Moreover, Rajasthan's Jos Buttler continued to top the list of highest run-getters in IPL 2022 after a flamboyant 54-run knock against Gujarat Titans. Hardik Pandya dethroned the Englishman for a brief period after scoring a mind-blowing unbeaten 87 against Rajasthan. Buttler is currently holding the orange cap with 272 runs in 5 games. Meanwhile, Yuzvendra Chahal continued to top the list of highest wicket-takers in the ongoing cash-rich league with 12 wickets in 5 matches. Chahal is currently holding the purple cap.
