The dynamics of the IPL points table spiced up as Sunrisers Hyderabad won their 6th game and made it to 12 points on the IPL points table.

However, their 3-run win did not prove sufficient to promote them on the IPL points table. Kane Williamson’s side remained at the 8th spot on the points table. Mumbai whose poor run continued now have 10 losses in IPL 2022.

While Gujarat remained in the top spot with whopping 20 points, Rajasthan and Lucknow follow Hardik Pandya’s team in the 2nd and 3rd spot respectively on the IPL points table with 16 points each.

Moreover, Jos Buttler continued to be the leading run-scorer in IPL 2022 with 627 runs in 13 games and currently holds the orange cap. Yuzvendra Chahal had regained the purple cap. He now has 24 wickets in 13 games.
