Famous for his notorious pitch invasions, England's Daniel Jarvis aka Jarvo 69 invaded the Chepauk pitch during the India vs Australia's opening ODI World Cup game and former Indian captain Virat Kohli had to step in to escort him out of the field.
Wearing the blue-cloured Indian jersey with Jarvo 69 printed on it, the prankster somehow made his way to the field. Virat Kohli was seen having a discussion with him before he led him out along with the security personnel.
His invasion has again raised security concerns but this time it has also prompted a meme fest on social media. Seeing his presence at the venue of India's opening match, fans who have struggled to get visas and match tickets were left perplexed.
This wasn't his first rodeo, a repeat offender in this case, he also invaded the pitch during India tour of England in 2021, and he has also invaded a rugby match-playing arena.
