Jos Buttler hopes to remain England ODI captain after dismal Cricket World Cup campaign

England one-day captain Jos Buttler declared himself "delighted with the win" after England ended a run of five ICC World Cup defeats with a 160-run victory over Netherlands on Wednesday.

Abject England finally had something to celebrate as Ben Stokes claimed his maiden World Cup century against the Dutch side, while the victory also puts England back on track for Champions Trophy qualification in 2025 ahead of their final game against Pakistan on Saturday.

Despite England's poor World Cup, Buttler said he is keen to stay on as captain and help to rebuild the one-day team in the forthcoming West Indies tour.
