A Casemiro goal was enough for Manchester United to pick up a 1-0 win at Nottingham Forest in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Wednesday night.
The Red Devils have now staged a quarterfinal clash with old rivals Liverpool. The Old Trafford showdown was determined after Liverpool too won it's game against Southampton on the same night.
In their quest to reach the last 8 for only the second time since 1996, Nottingham kept United at bay and it looked like anybody's game till the 89th minute.
However, Casemiro's fifth goal of the season was enough to take United through. It was also his first goal since netting against Crystal Palace at the end of September.
