Brazil's Neymar Junior was unveiled by Saudi Arabian club Al Hilal at King Fahd Stadium in Riyadh.
The all-time best scorer for his country was welcomed at Al-Hilal’s 70,000-capacity stadium, alongside two other new signings; fellow Brazilian Malcolm and Moroccan goalkeeper Yassine Bounou.
The 31-year-old Neymar signed a two-year contract which is expected to earn him an annual salary of about $100 million. He still holds the world-record fee of €222 million ($242 million), when he moved from Barcelona to Paris Saint-Germain in 2017.
He was Al Hilal's sixth signing this summer, after Kalidou Koulibaly, Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, Ruben Neves, Malcom and Yassine Bounou.
Al Hilal have also added Fulham's striker Aleksandar Mitrovic. The night was however spoiled by a 1-1 draw with Al Feiha in the second round of the Roshn Saudi league.
