Bayern Munich's Polish super star Robert Lewandowski was voted the best men’s player in the world, retaining the FIFA award he won last year.

Lewandowski beat the likes of Mohd Salah of Liverpool and Lionel Messi to win the top prize for the 2nd straight year.

Alexia Putellas, who led Barcelona to their first Women’s Champions League title, was voted the best women’s player in the category.

Premier League side Chelsea swept the coaching awards by virtue of their success in Men's and Women's Champions Leagues.

While Thomal Tuchel was awarded the Best Coach prize for winning the Champions League, Emma Hayes got the Women's award for taking Chelsea to the European final.

The Puskas Award for best goal went to Erik Lamela of Tottenham for an amazing free-kick goal against Arsenal in the Premier League in March.
