The table leaders, Arsenal's hold on the top spot suddenly looks shaky as they fail to register a win in their 2nd successive game. After losing to Everton last week, Brentford restricted them to a frustrating 1-1 draw on Saturday at the Emirates stadium.

While Leandro Trossard scored his first goal for the Gunners, providing them with the lead in the 66th minute, Ivan Toney levelled it soon in the 74th minute of the game. Though Mikel Arteta's men increased the momentum thereafter, an impressive Brentford restricted them until the end of the game.

With the defeat, Arsenal missed the opportunity of gaining an eight-point lead on the top spot and have again rekindled Manchester City's hopes of acquiring the EPL tabletop.
