Manchester City schooled Manchester United in the Premier League on Sunday night as the Citizens won the Manchester Derby 3-0 at Old Trafford.

Erling Haaland scored a brace before assisting Phil Foden to seal the game for City. However, Pep Guardiola's side are still 3rd on the table, while United are 8th with 15 points from 10 games.

In the other major game, Liverpool thrashed Nottingham Forest 3-0. Diogo Jota and Darwin Nunez scored the first two goals for the Reds.

Jota celebrated his goal by holding up Luis Diaz's shirt. The Liverpool star's parents were kidnapped in Colombia and while his mother was found, police were still searching for his father.

Mohamed Salah also found the net later on. He is now only the third player in Liverpool's history to score in each of the opening 5 home league matches of a season.
