It was just another day in the office for Manchester City as they came from a goal behind to beat Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool 4-1 on the day without league's topscorer Erling Haaland to keep their title hopes alive in the Premier League on Saturday.
Liverpool took the lead via Mohammed Salah in the 17th minute as City seemed to wake up after falling behind and kept the pressure on Liverpool to eventually find the equaliser through Julian Alvarez in the 27th minute.
However, it was the pep talk at halftime which seemed to do the magic as the Cityzens went on to score two more goals courtesy of Kevin De Bruyne and Ilkay Gundogan in the 46th and 53rd minute respectively.
Jack Grealish got the cherry on the top with City's fourth in the 74th minute as De Bruyne found him to place the ball quite comfortably past Alisson in the bottom right corner.
