Premier League: Liverpool take title race to final game, beat Southampton 2-1

Liverpool kept their Premier League title hopes alive after beating Southampton 2-1 on Tuesday at St Mary's stadium.

In just 13th minute of the game, Nathan Redmond scored a surprise goal to give a lead to the hosts. Takumi Minamino equalised with his 27th minute goal before Joel Matip's final goal for the Reds in the 67th minute.

With this win, the Reds moved close within a point of top-placed Manchester City. The FA Cup winners Liverpool will face Wolverhampton Wanderers in their final match whereas Manchester City will take on Aston Villa on the final day to decide the Premier League winner.
