A late own goal by Wolverhampton's goalkeeper Jose Sa helped Arsenal register a comeback victory against the in-form Wolves at the Emirates Stadium on Thursday.

Although Hwang Hee-Chan secured the lead for the Wolves in the 10th minute of the game itself, it was Arsenal who registered a frantic 2-1 win after a drama-filled late second half.

Despite Arsenal's efforts, Wolves stood firm until the 82nd minute when Nicolas Pepe scored the equaliser and turned the game around for Mikel Arteta's men. They doubled the scoreline in the stoppage time when Alexandre Lacazette forced Jose Sa's own goal taking his team to the finish line.

The Gunners who are in pursuit of a top 4 spot in the Premier League standings ended up 5th in the table after the win.
