Chelsea ended their four-match winless run in the Premier League on Sunday after they defeated Tottenham 2-0 at Stamford Bridge.
Harry Kane's disallowed goal was the highlight of the first half as the striker pushed Thiago Silva off the ball before turning and firing into the Chelsea goalpost.
With both the teams failing to convert as many two chances each in the first half, they went to halftime 0-0.
Two minutes into the second half, Ziyech scored one of the best goals of the season when he made a curling, dipping shot from outside the box to put the hosts 1-0 ahead.
Eight minutes later, Chelsea doubled the lead through a brilliant header from Silva.
With a win, Chelsea ended Tottenham's nine-match unbeaten streak as Spurs fell to seventh place. Meanwhile, the Blues remained at third spot with 47 points, one behind Liverpool.
