Cristiano Ronaldo had to get some medical attention early on in Portugal's UEFA Nations League game against Czech Republic as the Portuguese skipper received a blow to the face by Czech goalkeeper Tomas Vaclik.

The 37-year-old carried on after receiving treatment and helped his team in an important 4-0 win against Czech Republic. Goals from Diogo Dalot (2), Bruno Fernandes and Diogo Jota helped the team climb above Spain in the standings with 10 points, with Spain sitting second on 8 points.

With one game left to play, both Spain and Portugal will face off each other next with Portugal needing just a draw to qualify for the top four.
