Antony's brilliant first-half strike, along with two late goals from Marcus Rashford sealed Manchester United's spot in the Carabao Cup semi-finals.

While League One club Charlton Athletic kept United at bay after Antony's goal in the first half, substitute Marcus Rashford scored for the sixth game in a row, netting in the 90th and 94th minute to give the Red Devils a 3-0 victory.

In the other quarter-final, high-flying Newcastle overcame Leicester City with two second-half goals.

Dan Burn scored his first goal for his boyhood club to give the Magpies the lead in the 60th minute before Joelinton put the game to bed with a cool finish 12 minutes later.
