It seems that the murmurs were true as according to reports Liverpool has agreed on a deal to sell Sadio Mane to Bayern Munich.
The Bundesliga champions will pay approximately 32 million euros up front, with a further 5.8 million euros due when the 30-year-old meets a specified appearance clause and an additional 2.3m euros based on individual and team achievements.
Mane, who joined Liverpool from Southampton at a deal eventually worth 39m euros, was in the final year of his contract and had expressed his desire to leave the Premier League club. Mane scored 120 goals in all competitions in 269 appearances.
