Chelsea forward Hakim Ziyech's transfer to French club Paris Saint germain reportedly collapsed due to the club's inefficiency to submit the documents on time on the deadline day of the January Transfer window.

Moments after the midnight deadline, PSG said it loaned goalkeeper Keylor Navas to Nottingham Forest until the end of the season, but there was no word on the expected arrival — also on loan of Ziyech.

Both the clubs had reached an agreement over a loan for the Morrocan forward but Chelsea reportedly failed to submit the documents on time.
