Football transfer: Barcelona and Leeds United agree deal for Raphinha

Leeds United star Raphinha will join Barcelona after both clubs agreed a deal in principle for the winger.

The latest announcement ended Chelsea's hopes of signing the Brazilian player.

According to reports, Barcelona have agreed a deal with the English club that will cost them an initial €58 million.

Earlier, Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur were also on the hunt for the 25-year-old footballer but he preferred Barca since it was always his dream to play for the Spanish giants.

The Brazilian footballer scored 17 goals and provided 12 assists in 65 Premier League games in two seasons at Leeds United.
