FA Cup: A shocking 3rd round loss for Arsenal against Nottingham Forest

In a stark contrast to their performances in the past few weeks, Arsenal were knocked out of their favourite competition the FA Cup on Sunday night by side that plays 2nd division football in the UK. Nottingham Forest who had earlier knocked out Arsenal from the FA Cup in 2018 managed to repeat the feat at the very same stage of the tournament.

Despite having the advantage over Nottingham with possession, Mikel Artera's side failed to find a goal in the match. The 14-time winners of the FA Cup in fact, failed to register a single shot on the goal through the match as the manager was left fuming post the loss. 

Nottingham's substitute Lewis Grabban scored the lone goal of the night in the 83rd min of play as the home fans were left with many reasons to celebrate. Nottingham Forest knocked out Arsenal in the 3rd round, their 2nd such feat and Arsenal's 2nd such loss in the 3rd round in 26 years.
