Fillip Kostic scored a brace as Eintracht Frankfurt stunned Barcelona with a 3-2 defeat at Camp Nou to reach the Europa League semifinal on Thursday. The Bundesliga team restricted the Spanish side with a 4-3 aggregate win across the 2 legs.

Xavi's men who presented a late fightback were dominated all throughout the game by the German team who are unbeaten away from home in this season of the Europa League.

While Fillip scored a penalty in the 4th minute, he found another goal in the 67th min. Before his 2nd goal, Rafael Santos hit the net in the 36th minute. In reply, Sergio Busquets and Memphis Depay scored a goal each for Barcelona in the stoppage time.

While Barcelona are out of contention now, Eintracht Frankfurt will now face West Ham in the Europa League semis on 28th April.
