Chelsea's ill-luck continued as Real Madrid entered the semifinals after beating Frank Lampard's men 2-0 in the 2nd leg of the Champions League quarterfinal at Stamford Bridge.

Rodrygo's 2nd half brace was enough for the defending Champions who handed Chelsea an embarrassing 4-0 aggregate loss.

In their semifinal clash, Carlo Ancelotti's men will likely face Manchester City who have a 3-0 lead over Bayern Munich after the first leg.

In the other game of the evening, AC Milan entered their first Champions League semifinal in 16 years after beating Napoli 2-1 on aggregate.

Giroud first missed a penalty, then in the 43rd minute scored a crucial goal for the Rossoneri, who had come with a 1-goal advantage in the 2nd leg. Victor Osimhen who got a consolation in the 93rd minute helped Napoli make it to a 1-1 in the 2nd leg.

AC Milan might meet city rivals Inter if they beat Benfica in their 2nd leg game for the Champions League semifinal.
