Antonio Conte left Tottenham after 16 months in charge of the London side following his criticism of the team and the owner.

The Italian called his players ‘selfish’ and said the club had never won anything under the current owner Daniel Levy.

Tottenham is out of all Cup competitions but is in fourth place in the Premier League, just one point behind Manchester United.

Conte’s assistant Cristian Stellini will take charge for the rest of the season, and Ryan Mason will work alongside him.
