WPL 2024 Auction: Mumbai Indians full squad, biggest buys and players' salary

In the WPL 2024 Auction, the reigning champion Mumbai Indians made some eye-catching decisions on Saturday. They entered the auctions with Rs.2.1 crores, and they used that amount to add 5 players to their roster. 

Mumbai Indians went all guns blazing to buy South Africa's Shabnim Ismail and after paying Rs.1.2 crore for her. With 191 wickets in ODIs and 123 wickets in T20Is, Shabnim Ismail currently holds the record for most wickets in Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is) and One Day Internationals (ODIs) for South Africa. 

MI were also successful in acquiring two high-potential players - S Sajana for Rs.15 lakh and Amandeep Kaur for Rs.10 lakh, during the uncapped players auction.
