A scary pitch invader was spotted during a football match between two local sides in Guatemala on Tuesday. The match was briefly halted in the 82nd minute of the game when the referee of the match noticed a snake on the ground.
The video of the match shows that the inquisitive players tried to get a closer look at the reptile but soon after its sudden movement, the players are seen running away in fear. The police officers and ground staff captured the snake with a large pole and then took it out of the field in a bag.
After 8 minutes of chaos, the match resumed where but surely the players on the pitch were left shaken!
