Rohit 'Hitman' Sharma!
The Indian captain was in mood for some destruction against Pakistan in Colombo.
Having got off the mark with a six off Shaheen Afridi in the very first over, Rohit went into a shell during the first 10 overs, even as Shubman Gill was scoring at a brisk rate from the other end.
But then, he's the 'Hitman' after all. And when Shadab Khan was introduced in the attack, Rohit decided to cut loose. And there was carnage!
6 6 and 4 - Rohit sent Shadab to the cleaners on the final three balls of his very first over. But it wasn't going to be enough for the Indian captain, who then hit another 6 and a 4 off Shadab's next two deliveries when the leg-spinner returned for his second over. Rohit got to his 50th fifty in style and Pakistan were stunned. From 28 off his first 38 balls, Rohit reached his half-century in just 42.
Even though Shadab finally got his man in his next over, the damage was already done.
