In Chennai, MS Dhoni commands a level of reverence akin to that of a deity. Even though the Chennai Super Kings' captain couldn't be present in the city for the release of his production house MS Dhoni Productions' debut film 'LGM - Let's Get Married,' his fans were undeterred and eagerly flocked to theatres.
The anticipation was palpable as the theatres quickly sold out, with resounding chants of 'Dhoni, Dhoni' echoing before the film's screening.
While MS Dhoni himself couldn't make it to the event, his wife Sakshi Dhoni graced the occasion at the Rohini Theatres in Chennai. Fans, eager for updates on their beloved 'Thala,' posed questions to Sakshi about her husband's well-being.
In response to the query "How is Mahi bhai?," Sakshi revealed that he's "recovering" and currently undergoing "rehab." Despite his absence, the fans' love and concern for the iconic cricketer were evident throughout the film's premiere in Chennai.
